How does door-to-door pickup work?
Enter your home or hotel address when you book. Your driver plans the run around every pickup on that departure, and you get a text with the live van location about 30 minutes before we arrive. No terminals, no transfers: we drop you at the address you chose on the other end.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each rider can bring two bags (a suitcase plus a carry-on) at no extra cost. Traveling with more, or with something bulky like a stroller or a bike box? Add a note when you book so we can reserve space in the luggage bay.
Do children pay a different fare?
Yes. Children ride at a reduced fare on every route. The child price is shown next to each departure in the schedule and is applied automatically when you add children to your booking. Car seats are welcome and travel free.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel or change your trip free of charge up to 24 hours before departure from your booking page. Inside 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp at +1 (555) 010-0199 and we will do our best to move you to another departure.
How can I pay?
Pay securely by card when you book, or choose cash and pay the driver at pickup. Either way your seat is held for you and your confirmation arrives by text and email right away.
